Members help with a wide variety of tasks undertaken on an ad hoc basis.

This includes greeting members inside the front lobby of the Metropolitan in Bushey at the start of the monthly meeting, helping on the registration desk, scanning membership cards, helping members at the parking pay machines, acting as fire marshals, serving refreshments and generally helping out whenever there is a need for extra pairs of hands.  This is a brief outline of some of the ways in which the group helps to ensure the smooth running of our u3a, for which the Committee is extremely grateful.

It is a great way to meet others by making a limited time commitment BUT, at the same time, a substantial contribution to our u3a community. If you are able to offer your services to the RUGS it will be really appreciated.
