Meetings are held on the first Monday of each month

Our Group started in 2005 and since then we have read books of all genres from historical novels to modern writers, as well as autobiographies and biographies, classics, crime thrillers, poetry and best sellers. Members all have an input into the choice of books.

At our meetings members give their view on the book of the month. This is followed by a lively discussion with tea and cake. Occasionally we have a "members choice" afternoon where we all talk about a book we have recently read.

We buy our own "Book of the Month" which gives us an unlimited choice of books.
