NEW MEMBERS WELCOME!
(you need to be able to read Cyrillic and know a few Russian phrases)

Our ZOOM Rssian Language group is going really well. We were originally twinned with Radlett u3a and have now also joined with the St. Albans u3a Russian Language group as well. Whilst our meetings are mainly via Zoom, we occasionally meet up in person, usually in St Albans members' homes or at the Russian Cafe in St Albans.

We now have 6 or 7 regulars, one of whom is a Russian speaker. It is always a good test to see if she can understand us at all when we read aloud from our Russian conversational text book!

Whilst this is basically a beginner's group it is helpful if new members are familiar with a little of the language.
