(this Group is for members with some prior experience of Pilates)

Whilst we cannot refund members who are unable to attend the whole six week course, you will have the option of accessing video recordings of any class you are unable to attend in person. 

Please Note:  This option is only available to members whose ability has been assessed as suitable to practice unsupervised and members accept they do so at their own risk and without any liability from our u3a or instructor.
