DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE MISSED ANY EMAIL OR NEWSLETTERS FROM US?

Occasionally, members may not receive u3a emails or our monthly newsletters. The newsletter is sent via an email by the Webmaster.

If you believe you should have received the latest newsletter (sent around the 11th of each month), check if it’s in your spam/junk folders. Is your mailbox full? Do we have the correct email address?

If it’s not, try loading your webmail via a browser on a desktop or tablet. This method is harder on mobile devices. In the address bar, enter the appropriate email provider’s domain:

- Hotmail/Outlook: outlook.live.com

- Gmail/Googlemail: mail.google.com

- BTinternet/Talk21: www.bt.com/email

- Yahoo: login.yahoo.com

Sign in to your email account and check all folders, particularly the Inbox, All Mail, Deleted, Archive, and Spam folders, for the newsletter. If it’s not visible, the issue could be with your email client or rules or filters set. If necessary, ask a friend, child, or grandchild for help.

If the newsletter is consistently absent, send a message to Membership Secretary. Gillian Gurner. Confirm your current email address and request she verify the membership database. If you’ve changed your email since joining and haven’t told us, your newsletter might be sent to your old address.
